Sentra Protective Systems, Inc. (Waukesha, WI founded in 1998) and Horgan Sales and Service, Inc. (Stevens Point, WI founded in 1959) announced and agreement to merge the two companies under the newly formed H & S Protections Systems, Inc. Effective January 1st 2007. The combination will create a more effective and efficient provider in the electronic security and fire systems integration markets. The merger will streamline the ownership and operations of both companies through strengthened technical and business expertise, more efficient staffing, and improved logistics. Despite the combined operations, both offices will continue doing business under their original names.
